He has been involved in various roles within the construction industry. His background has been focused on the plaster cladding and membrane systems for more than 20 years, meaning that he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Alastair is methodical, solution focused and will find a way to solve even the most difficult weathertight issues.

Passionate and driven, Alastair is dedicated to keeping Mesh as the leading applicator of external plaster cladding and membrane systems in the lower North Island.

As a Quantity Surveyor, Hayley offers a great deal of construction and health and safety expertise to the Mesh team.

She provides clear leadership on all contracts ensuring the membrane division runs safely and efficiently.

Hayley’s strong project management skills means that there is always clear communication between the client and our teams, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Anna started running the office on a part-time basis and is now responsible for all Mesh human resources, and wellbeing.....as well as what she calls ‘all the bits in-between’.

Anna’s expertise helps guarantee all our staff are treated fairly and with respect and that Mesh is an employer of choice in our industry.

James started with us as a graduate Quantity Surveyor and is involved with measuring and tendering for work.

He has a passion for getting stuck in and learning about every product within Mesh.

James is heavily involved in all onsite activities including payment claims, variations and onsite project management.

Theresa has been with Mesh for a number of years managing our accounts, payroll, admin and warranty processes.

Theresa has built strong relationships with both Mesh staff and our customers and is the go-to for administrative support. She is a dedicated team member and prides herself on getting the job done.
